Nutrition

Our aim is to bring some clarity and context to help people navigate the abundance of information that is widely available. No individual is the same and there is no one size fits all where nutrition is concerned. There are a combination of factors including; genetic predisposition, environmental impact, individual biochemical profiles and health profiles, all which determines how we each utilize our foods. Requirement for nutrients vary in different situations, such as during times of illness, recovery after injury or surgery, during times of increased stress or physical exertion, just to name a few. Additionally sometimes there are foods that are healthy for most people but sometimes can be toxic for others. We have all heard of the epidemic of food allergies, sensitivities and intolerances, making it even more difficult to generalize.

Our fundamental nutritional focus is to learn how we can nourish our bodies and brains to support us in achieving our best, often beyond expectations. We do this through a series of interactive presentations, group workshops and individual coaching.
